Stabilized Hybrid Cooperative Complexes (HCC) of high and low molecular weight Ultrapure Hyaluronic Acid in high concentration, produced with a unique and innovative thermal production process patented by IBSA, the NAHYCO® Technology.
PROFHILO® STRUCTURA provides a lipolifting effect by restoring adipose tissue and leading to deep firmness.
Ageing manifests as a result of the interplay of changes in the facial skeleton, ligaments, muscles, adipose tissue, and skin. The characteristic signs of ageing in facial skin are, in part, associated with age-related alterations in the subcutaneous adipose tissue of the face. The movement of fat within compartments, due to gravity, can result in an inferomedial displacement of the overlying skin envelope. This repositioning or shift of fat often leads to increased hollows in the cheeks and to a flattening of facial angles. Consequently, there is a loss of fat volume in the middle and lateral cheek compartments.

The study involved 22 subjects (20 females, 2 males) with a mean age of 53 years.
Ultrasound measurements showed statistically significant increases in skin thickness (p < 0.05) at various follow-up points.
77% of subjects reported improvement after the first treatment, increasing to 91% after one month.
No adverse reactions were reported, highlighting the product's tolerability.
Conclusions

It shows durability comparable to cross-linked HA fillers while avoiding adverse effects associated with other substances.

Materials Methods Cohesivity
Cohesivity was assessed using a modified Sundaram protocol, with scores evaluated by four raters.
Population Characteristics
The study included subjects with moderate to significant mid-face volume deficits, excluding those with specific contraindications.
Injection Technique
