Dr Isaac Wong Kai Jie is a Singapore-registered medical practitioner and the founder and medical director of Artisan Medical Group, which includes The Artisan Clinic at Wisma Atria and Artisan Day Surgery Centre at Paragon Medical. He completed accredited training in dermal filler injection in 2012 and has been an accredited trainer for Ellansé (Sinclair Pharma), Radiesse and Belotero (Merz Aesthetics Institute APAC) and Teosyal (Teoxane) since 2016; he later became an accredited Maili and Silhouette Soft trainer.
His published work concentrates on anatomy-based injection techniques for dermal fillers, collagen stimulators and botulinum toxin. According to PubMed, he is a co-author of 24 indexed articles published between April 2025 and August 2026 in journals including The Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, JPRAS Open, Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Dermatologic Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery – Global Open. Since 2016 he has delivered injector training and conference presentations on fillers and biostimulators in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, mainland China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Australia and Spain.

Records for 2012 to 2017 were not retained when the clinics at which he practised during that period closed. Dr Wong's estimate for those six years is about 500 syringes a year, or roughly 2,500 in total, which would put his career total at approximately 22,000 syringes.
